Kate Havlik Business Development Manager

Kate Havlik began working for RMC Health, now a subsidiary of Action for Healthy Kids, in May 2022 and is the merged organization’s Development Manager overseeing Fee-for-Service accounts. In this role, she is responsible for executing key aspects of the organization’s development strategy, including developing and executing the business development strategy, prospecting and account management for all new and existing fee-for-service clients, developing and executing on the organization’s conference strategy, and providing critical project management for cross-departmental operations and reporting processes. She is a client-centered ambassador for the organization and serves as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of external clients and partners, focusing on building and strengthening relationships and strategic partnerships through value-based consultative inquiry to support the organization’s sustainability and growth.

Prior to stepping into this role in April 2024, Kate served as an Associate Manager of Business Development, offering account management support for fee-for-service clients and overseeing product sales operations and new product development. She began her career with RMC Health as a Program Coordinator providing administrative, fiscal, and technical support for RMC Health’s programs, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Program Department.

Before joining RMC Health, Kate pursued a B.S. in Nonprofit Management with a focus in diversity and social inequality at the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about supporting whole-person health and wellness and offers a comprehensive perspective in her role, considering the impact of differing backgrounds, individual traits, and lived experiences. She is particularly interested in the connections between adverse childhood experiences, social determinants of health, and human flourishing.

In her free time, you can find Kate enjoying various creative pursuits, including reading, writing, painting, and making music. She loves traveling and exploring places through her camera lens, and will never turn down an opportunity to go for a bike ride, play tennis, or lace up her ice skates.
